Loyalty Points
Loyalty Point is a reward to our prestige members. You cannot buy Loyalty Point, but you can gain it by attending our events, leaving comments on social media, leaving review after purchases, or posting on social media. Some campaign gives attendants both points and rewards.
When you purchase with us, you can also get points, and the return amount will be deducted. You are not given loyalty points when you shop with gift cards or store credits, but the buyer of gift card is given points. eg. A buys a gift card for B, and A will get the loyalty points. B is not given extra points when B shops with a gift card.
200 Loyalty Points can be redeemed to 1 Store Credit at My Member Centre. Click here to redeem.
Please note: Loyalty Point expires after 365 days of earn. Please remember to use it.
If you earn more Loyalty Points, it is more likely you will get a higher level of membership and exclusive benefits. (You don’t need to keep points to win. Please use your points earlier.)
Store Credits
1 Store Credit is equivalent to 1 AUD, no expiration. You can use your credit to shop with us or join our charity campaign.
You cannot buy Store Credits (except for special events), but you may gain Store Credits in following streams.
- 200 Loyality Points can be converted to 1 Store Credit.
- Gift Card can be converted to Store Credit in 1-to-1 ratio.
- Choose refund to Store Credits when you apply for return and refund, and you will get 10% bonus credits.
Store Credits are with your account. You can use them all in your way, but you cannot send to another person as a gift.

Gift Cards
Gift Card is a form of gifting. You can buy Gift Card anytime with us or with our business partners.
Buyer of Gift Card is awarded with Loyalty Points, but the receiver of Gift Card is not given extra points at shopping. To redeem Loyalty Points to Store Credits, click here.
Buying with third party is not given Loyalty Points.
For safety and security of Gift Card use, Gift Card will expire 1 year after sell. Gift Card can be converted to Store Credits in 1-to-1 conversion rate. Click here to redeem. Please remember to convert Gift Card to Store Credits before the expiration date.
